Okay, now for my real life response to the Supergreens. First I will say that I like them. Well, not "like" them but rather, I don't dislike them. It tastes like water so, I can drink alot of it. I also like the thought of knowing that I am getting my veggies in as well. An additional benefit has also been that things are operating much more efficiently from a bodily function standpoint; especially if you drink 2 bottles a day.

Here was my not so good diet for the week.

Note that each day I had at least 1 bottle of SuperGreens (SG) per day.

January 10th whole wheat english muffin with butter, chicken and shrimp with romaine, 1 piece of chocolate, bacon and eggs, chicken and veggies

January 11th whole wheat english muffin with butter, Chicken w/ broccoli tortilla chips

January 12th 100% wheat english muffin w/ butter, spinach salad with chicken, Iced green tea(sugar)

January 13th Veggies and sausage in creme sauce, Marinated chicken, salad, hummus and yogurt sauce, coke. 1 hour workout, 2 bottles SG

January 14th Ribs & Salad with onion rings. Tortillas and guacamole, 1 hour workout

January 15th Warm fajita salad, tortilla chips and salsa, 1 rib and piece of ham, 1 piece of chocolate. 1 hour workout, 20 minutes sauna.
