I do some ipod touch testing on my friends ipods' as well. I run mac osx 10.5, but I have done some jailbreaking on windows b4.  My iphone runs 2.2 jailbroken only. Soon I'll be able to do some serious testing with jailbroken apps as ipas.  I mainly use cydia right now, but do have installer as well. Eventually I will be posting a list of all the apps I have installed.
