I have started a new book, "Homwowners guide to their HVAC System", since I have been in the HVAC trade now for 29 years and now teach HVAC and am presently also technical support for a major equipment distributor and have seen that the technicians that I deal with, on the most part, are far from qualified. I figured I would approach the subject from the other angle and inform the homeowner of their equipment.

In this book I explain the operation and the typicle failures associated with all aspects of their system. Also, things that they may want to look out for, i.e; when one companent fails there is no reason to replace another certain component.

In this book I explain the proper diagnostic procedures to diagnose systems that eludes most all technicians or they are just unwilling to take the extra effort to "Do the job right", this is where the homeowner MUST take their stand and insist that the test be performed. In the book I explain the pitfalls and the advantages to the job and adjustments being done right the first time.

Not only is this book something the homeowner can refer to as a reference to keep from being taken advantage of but it is something the technician, due to the simplicity of the explanation of the formulas given, but can use on a daily basis if they look at their profession as a career instead of a job and stop looking at the clock eagerly waiting for the end of day to approach.

I should have it completed by the end of the year, 2008, and should be out in print by mid summer 2009.

Keep an eye out for it, I hope to promote it at Homedepot and Lowes and other building supply houses.

      Best wishes and Good reading.....

I will be begining to write book two on my vacation in January 2009 so wish me the best of luck. It will be much longer in length than the first installment. Book one was just to set the plot, now that I have the characters set we can go forth and explore the true nature of the life of the Sentinel of Fate.

Book three plans are in the works as well, "The Sentinel of Fate, Evil Nemesis". I have the basic plot and idea for the story line, but my main thoughts right now are on book two, but also to connect it and book three together. Needless to say, they all are going to keep you wanting more and on the edge of your seat.

Book two should be released by the end of the summer of 2009 and thats when I will start on book three with the same time frame.

If you miss one book you'll miss the entire story line, so you'll need to read each in sequence.

Best wishes and good reading.....
