Be sure to check your pets for ticks this year. Even if you are using a preventative, it doesn't always work. I use preventatives on my pets, but today, I found a tick on my dog, Georgia. My mom and I pulled it off and it had left a painful bite that was bleeding. Check all of your pets, whether they've been in tall grass or not. It might just spare them of the pain.

*Remember to keep your pets on flea & tick, and heartworm medication (for dogs)*
