Here's hoping you all have a great Christmas and a very happy New Year (especially Minnesota who really deserves it after the year he has had, best wishes to you and your family mate).

Right to the important things you all want to know about, as I was told yesterday it is only 16 weeks to the first camp and yes Ringo we are counting, so I better give you the dates for the camps and the updates from the last committee meeting.

If you are bringing your own hawkes and knieves it must be 3 hawkes and 5 knieves please.

If there are any changes to your details could you please let Chrissy our subscriptions secretary know as soon as possible.

Camp Fees

Members                      £15.00

Non-members              £21.00

Per weekend

Extra £2.00 per unit for the Thursday night.

Non-members children a nominal fee of £2.50 per weekend

So if you bring your childrens/ grandchildrens friends there will be a charge.

For those who are not already members join the BWA and save money plus get the association mag 3 times a year.

Pleas could you put a fire bucket on your camp even if it is only a plastic bucket with fire written on it in maker pen,

Fire wood for Authentic campers please could you supply your own as our source of wood has now stopped.

Anyone wishing to be an area deputy please contact Dusty our Area Deputy Co-ordinator who will be glad to explain the role and it's benefits.

Committee meeting was held in November and the details are on the meeting page.

The events arena will now be put at the bottom of the field to allow extra room and the protection of the conifer trees for those in authentic camps.
