It's based on a character who lives near by, he's one of the largest men I've ever seen who gets around a a tiny push scooter. If I get the time I'll add some colour.

This infuriates me because as Ween have about 20 years of brilliant music besides that one song, many of which they played last friday night right here in Brisbane.  Having never seen them live before I wasn't sure what to expect. I was elated about 30 seconds into the first song because they were brilliant!   They played for about four hours straight with no support act and had the packed crowd pumping our fists and singing to every song.
