Woooooo!! Finally I was able to finish off the new version and get it released before I go for my vacation . I hope you really like the new version because it makes it even easier to make a theme now with its drag and drop image functionalty. Also the new FW2.5 icon is supported along with support for sounds.

In the past some folks complained about no knowing what icons were missing when trying to save the xml file. Well now any icon missing an image will show an '!' mark next to it to make it easier to see which icon is missing an image. But if you guys are using monitors with resolution lower than 1024x800 make sure to scroll down and to the right in the main editor to find rest of the icons that might not be visible due to low resoultion. My recommendation is to at least have a resolution of 1024x800 or higher.

Well after a long hiatus, I am back. I just wanted to post something about the future of PS3ThemeCreator and some other stuff in general. So here we go ..

1. First and foremost, my mom finished her major chemo therapy and now undergoing radiation. She is doing much better and hopefully God willing her cancer will be wiped clean. I would just like to thank every one for the overwhelming well wishes for her. It meant a lot. So thank you everyone and just keep her in your prayers.

2. On the same note, I saw some really offensive stuff posted on my blog replies by some of you . That was just plain pathetic and sad. I hope those few folks would not repeat that filth again. Thanks

3. Now onto 2.0 version for PS3ThemeCreator. I will be working on the new version in the coming days with some new features and enhancements. So stay tuned for the next update. And be patient .

4. FW 2.4 has introduced some new icons. Sony has not yet released the tag names of these new icons so I am not able to add them. As soon as some info about them is released I will add them. This could be in 2.0 release or if it happens earlier, I'll release some intermediary release to support them. If anyone knows about new icons tags or has a sample 2.4 theme, please email me.

5. Some folks have asked for a linux or Mac version. Well since Sony has not supported these OS yet, I can not do any thing about it. They have to release a compatible P3T compiler for these OS. So send your emails to Sony if you want it :).

6. PSP theme creator. Hmmm, if I get time I'll work on it. But no promises :).

7. Send in your suggestions for enhancements/features. If they make sense I'll add them to the next release. Lets make it better together.
