We are hoping to make the Fall race, which happens to be the last race of the year at Belle Rive on the 14th. Please send your best wishes that this happens. We have missed so much the past month, but we had a great year none the less. We've grown so much as a team. Thanks to those who support us!

Well what a crazy past couple of weeks. Most of you know by now that we blew the engine in the kart. Which Totally sucks cause we moved all the way up to 4th in points at Belle Rive. Not bad for not starting until June 30. Most guys had three months racing already on us. But alas, it is all working out. We managed to order all the parts in yesterday and they should be arriving first of the week. Ray is going to put the engine back together himself. He's a little nervous about it, but I know he can handle it! We are pretty excited, because at first this was a major setback and we were worried that we may be out for the rest of the season. So I'll update you all when we get it going again.

Ray got up early and installed all the right peices on the kart so it would be ready. He puts so much time and energy in this kart. Thanks hunny for all you do.

So we load up and head to mom's. She's fishing at the pond catching fish off grasshoppers like crazy, so I join in and catch some too. lol, good times! We finally leave Tobias with her and take off to the track.

We get it out to put on some hot laps and the kart is hooked up. The track was totally like I like them. Nice and wet. We were dirt tracking around that baby like crazy. I think that was the fastest I've ever ran. Somewhere around the tenth or so lap, it stopped making power. Coming out of turn two she made a funny tinking noise and started smoking.

We blew the engine. It's over. Nothing else to say.
