Have to admit I am very pleased with it details can be seen on my 'about me' page. Sweet Summer Berries is due to feature in the next issue ( isssue 5) and I now also have 'Sea life' going in issue 6 and 'Mardi Gras' in issue 7. I am sure I will be submitting other peices too. All items featured anywhere from now on will be using my new name ' Lisa Taylor'. (have changed my name back to my maiden name following my divorce)]]> http://bluetigerdesigns.webs.com/gossip.htm?blogentryid=1514965 2007-5-19T11:00:00-0100 <![CDATA['Bead' Magazine]]> I have just heard back from the editor of 'bead' Magazine and 2 of my designs are going to be featured in the next 2 issues. In issue 4  june/july they will be featuring 'Monets Garden' ( that's the lilac/blue one) on the readers gallery page, and in issue 5 Aug/Sept they will be featuring 'Sweet summer berries', again on their readers gallery page. I am going to be submitting more designs soon for them to consider.

A note about the desings I  below, all except 'Gather ye rosebuds' are finished ( and now sold!) I am currently working on 3 or 4 new 'Ocean' themed bracelets, so they should be ready soon. Rosebuds is still on going but it is missing something so I am waiting for the right beads to come along to complete it. I am also working on a piece called 'Dream Catcher'

You can see some pictures on my 'about me' page. A quick undate on some new designs- Poppy field is now called ' Sweet berry Frost' and is almost ready to list, and chocolate heaven is now called ' Sweet summer berries' that is available on ebay in my shop Blue-tiger at the moment, and if it fails to hit the reserve it will be added to my site next week. I am working on 'hollywood Dreams' as we speak and I almost have everything for Monets garden and 'handbag and gladrags'. One other design that I will be doing soon is called 'gather ye rosebuds' that's the title at the moment but it may change]]> http://bluetigerdesigns.webs.com/gossip.htm?blogentryid=1257433 2007-2-23T09:30:00-0100 <![CDATA[The beaders colour mixing directory]]> The book ' the beaders colour mixing directory' which feature's one of my designs is due to be published in march 2007. My bracelet was submitted to feature on a page called 'Stormy Seas', lots of greys and blue's and of course I had to include some thai silver fish/shells/seahorse charms. ( A theme that is a favorite of mine) In fact thinking about it I haven't done one for a while. Note to self- add stormy seas to design list! Speaking of my design list, If you want to know what is on the way then some designs in the pipeline are - 'Holywood dreams' 'handbags and gladrags''monets garden', 'dream catcher' ' poppy field? ( working title, may change!) 'chocolate heaven' ( again a working title that may change) got some gorgeous lampwork chocolates for it. I am also going to be making some wedding jewellery and tiaras, so watch this space.
